Hot buys for...SUMMER!

Summer Bod'

Well I don't know about you but I seriously do not know what would do without fake tan in summer! I cannot go out in a pair of shorts without a bit of fakey t. I think Dove do a great gradual tinted moisturizer but Garnier not so much...it always seems to go very streaky and I end up with extremely brown knees. I usually go for an instant fake tan so I can see where I'm putting it on. I NEVER use Rimmel instant fake tan it's awful, sticky and patchy. ST MORIZ fake tan in the fake tan I use mostly and it is SO cheap it is my favorite summer buy. It doesn't smell or streak and goes on better if you moisturize first. It's even better than St.Tropez. I sometimes but it on my face mixed with a bit of simple moisturizer to smooth it in and not make it too brown. On the other hand if you are willing to splash out this summer why not buy the St.Tropez gradual face tanner? It gives the illusion of a natural glow and leaves you looking sun kissed. The bottle is quite small though and I would only use it for special occasions.

The best bikini I have ever bought for me is from Topshop the print is very beachy and I would love to wear this on a beach somewhere! Probably most suitable for boyish or petite figures with the high waisted bottoms.Very Rihanna!

Beauty Products

Face the World

I don't know what I would do without these two! A moisturizer from 'Simple' which I use before applying my makeup in the morning which seems to last forever. I only have to buy it two or three times a year from Tesco, Boots or Bodycare. The cheapest I have bought was £2.05 at Bodycare which isn't bad at all!

The 'Simple' face wipes I use everyday to take my makeup off at night and then I rinse my face afterwards so that my skin isn't left too oily and is clean to prevent spots. They are so gentle on my skin and take off all of my makeup easily - even waterproof mascara!

Both products aren't oily and don't seem to cause any spots however, if you feel your skin is very oily 'Simple' also do a 'Spotless' range which are basically similar products but are more focused on oily skin types.

 Soap and Glory

All girls know that 'Soap and Glory' is the queen of all brands when it comes to taking care of our body. These are my personal favorites and are usually on my Christmas and birthday list due to the fairly expensive prices and I only use these for 'special occasions'. My everyday products would be E45 or Vaseline moisturizers. These help my skin remain soft and hydrated without having that strong scent that the Soap and Glory body butter has.

Soap and Glory 'Scrub of your life' is probably the best scrub I have come across. Used with a big sponge followed by moisturizer will make your skin feel like heaven!

Soap and Glory 'Foam Call' is such a smooth and sweet smelling body wash and I have found that it is great to use when shaving.

Soap and Glory 'Calm One Calm All'  always makes my baths bubbly and makes me smell gorgeous! I have also used this for shaving too as it's quite thick so it protects your skin and makes it easier for the razor to glide over it smoothly. It's a really nice texture but is really used for a bubble bath!

Soap and Glory 'The Righteous Butter' is amazing to use to smooth your skin and make you smell lovely however, some people may find the scent too strong. I love to use this when I'm going out to a party when I've just shaved my legs but if you get hot it does sweat off quite a bit and make you feel a bit sticky (this has sometimes been the case for me anyway!)
